Description
A coleção de Platyhelminthes do Museu de Zoologia Prof. Adão José Cardoso da Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) conta, atualmente, com cerca de 5 registros, todos tipos, mantidos em lâmina. O material é proveniente do estado de São Paulo (Sudeste do Brasil), parasitas de peixes. Essa coleção vem sendo constituída principalmente por pesquisadores e professores da Unicamp. O processo de catalogação e informatização da coleção está em andamento e está sendo utilizado o gerenciador de banco de dados MS-Access. Todo acervo constitui a coleção científica, destinada principalmente ao atendimento de pesquisadores interessados no estudo dos Platyhelminthes.
