Description
O acervo inclui espécimes de Hymenoptera parasitoides, em especial Braconidae e Ichneumonidae da fauna brasileira, identificados em nivel de subfamílias e gêneros.São aproximadamente 200.000 espécimes preservados a seco, montados em alfinetes e mantas e em meio líquido. Há também 1.500 amostras que aguardam triagem e são mantidas em freezers. Hospedeiros de muitas espécies são incluidos na coleção.
